Our goal is to ensure each package arrives safely and unharmed. Each package is hand wrapped with love by the CEO herself. Orders typically take 3-5 business days (not including weekend days) to be processed. Once processed and ready for shipment it will take up to 10 business days for each package to reach its destination. Once the order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email. Please refer to your confirmation email for tracking and delivery details. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please enter all address & contact information correctly. If you have entered any information incorrectly, please reach out through email for immediate assistance. Delays may occur due to restrictions related to the COVID health pandemic. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for your tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email (be sure to check your spam and junk mail), please email krownsandkurlssllc@gmail.com for a shipping update. *Shipping times may also be delayed during restocks, new releases, sales and special promotions.
Under the law, cosmetic products and ingredients do not need FDA premarket approval, with the exception of color additives. Disclaimer: These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any diseases. We advise you to do a patch test before using or seek assistance from a skintologist or dermatologist.
No refund or Exchanges. If there was an issue with the product or packaging during shipping, I will send an exchange within 24 hrs of notice after delivery. (Photo required for validation of damage claim) 
If we are unable to validate your shipping address, your order may be cancelled and refunded to you.
If your package is returned any reason, you will be issued a refund minus shipping costs.
The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct shipping address to process your order. When placing your order, be sure to enter your complete and correct address, including apartment, suite, and unit numbers. We do not recommend using PO box shipping address due to possible shipping restrictions.
